• Rates depend on the selected accommodation. Please consult the maximum accommodation allowed by Lakestone.
• “Infants” are children under 2 years old and “Children” are children between 2 years old and 11 years old on the date of entry to Lakestone, from 12 years old is considered an adult and will be charged as such.
• Minors (under 18 years of age): If a minor is traveling in the reservation in the company of a parent and in order to make the registration process in Lakestone must present the identity card, valid passport and / or civil registration. If the minor is not traveling with his/her parents, it is required to present a copy of the birth certificate showing the relationship, a copy of the parents’ citizenship card and the authorization form signed and authenticated by both parents. The entry permit of the minor to Lakestone, does not replace the exit permit of the country, and vice versa, which must be processed in accordance with the requirements of the immigration authority of each country.
• The consumption and distribution of alcohol is prohibited for minors in all hotels, Art 1 Law 124/94 and other regulations in force.
• The prices in force at the moment of the confirmation of the sale and the corresponding payment within the informed terms are respected.
• The “invoice” document shows total values delivered by Airbnb with a breakdown of taxes for all services.
• The services included in the purchased plan are the responsibility of each of the companies providing them.
• Any change, modification or cancellation after the payment of the reservation generates penalties and rate differences which must be assumed by the client.
• In our lodgings cigarettes are not provided and all are smoke free.
